who owns what?

We may look back and point to this as the beginning of a change in how we think about intellectual property (which has been needed/coming since digital started), and the internet in general. Google is suing Clearview to stop using Youtube videos to train their algorithms (among other things). Clearview says they are doing essentially what Google (the search engine) does. It’ll likely end up in court, but laws and policy will have to adapt to deal with these and the next questions posed by emerging tech.
